Appalachian Technologies designs systems to help businesses automate lead response, organize follow-up, and streamline appointment setting. We operate on models including upfront implementation fees and ongoing monthly service subscriptions.
Our goal is to improve your operational efficiency. However, the systems are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Appalachian Technologies does not guarantee specific revenue gains or absolute uninterrupted service of integrated third-party platforms (CRMs, VOIP tools, AI models).
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws governing our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
